What is the refund policy?
There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the date 30 days prior to the first day of the conference.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 30 days before the first day of the conference. Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency only will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The best way to request a refund or change to a ticket is by contacting us, the host of the event. Eventbrite is not able to process refunds, ticket changes or cancellations.
The easiest way to request a refund is to log in to Eventbritewith the email address you used to register for the event. (If you didn't create a password when you registered for the event--don't worry! You can easily create one from the log-in page.)
Once you're logged in, find the name of our event and click View Order. (If you don't see the event, you might need to click All Orders or Past Orders.) Then click Request Refund on the next screen.
Can I update my registration information?
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You will need to present either a digital or a printed copy of your Eventbrite ticket with the barcode. We encourage you to save paper and use your smartphone instead.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
